Lindenhurst board adopts lower 2025 property tax levy after 10% EAV growth

The Lindenhurst Village Board on Dec. 8 adopted Ordinance 25-12-2329, setting the village's 2025 property tax levy rate at 0.271699 following an approximately 10% increase in the village's equalized assessed valuation (EAV) from the prior year.
