Commission delays Seminole Orange Plaza review after applicant requests more time; board sets 60‑day postponement

Lisa Johnson of The Acreage said residents wanted the applicant to meet with property owners and neighborhood representatives to explore alternatives. Brian Terry, representing the applicant, asked the board to postpone for 30 days to allow the applicant to meet with the property owner and HCA leadership. Commissioners instead approved a 60‑day postponement so residents would not have to return repeatedly.
