Staff said that discrepancy affects lot dimensions and lot‑minimum calculations and that the application also has roughly 27 outstanding staff comments needing resolution.

Given those engineering constraints and the risk that the submitted layout would materially change, staff recommended postponement to allow the applicant to revise the plat. The commission approved a motion to postpone the case to a date certain of April 9, 2026 so the applicant can address engineering comments, correct the APO list for notifications, and return with updated documents.
