Fulton County commissioners on March 17 approved the county's routine financial actions and a series of procurement motions for county facilities.
The board voted unanimously to approve accounts payable dated March 17, 2026, totaling $189,563.85 across funds (General Fund $100,467.84; Fund 227 $184.44; Fund 229 $13,660.00; Fund 235 $4,539.96; Fund 238 $18,476.98; Fund 240 $46.03; Fund 255 $1,579.39; Fund 256 $696.00; Fund 400 $6,594.03; Fund 801 $8,319.18; Fund 804 $35,000.00) and to approve payroll dated March 20, 2026, of $134,640.70. Commissioner Steven L. Wible moved the minutes and payroll approvals; Commissioner Hervey P. Hann moved the accounts-payable approval; all motions carried 3–0.
On facilities, Building and Maintenance Director Brad Seville presented vendor quotes. The board approved a Shearer Plumbing and Heating quote to purchase and install a Lennox 3.5‑ton, 15 SEER heat pump (inside/outside unit, line set, outdoor pad, Honeywell thermostat, related parts and labor) for $18,460.00; the county will work with Fulton County Family Partnership to assist with the purchase. Commissioners also approved a commercial boiler replacement from Shearer Plumbing and Heating for $24,434.00 (including tear‑down and removal of the old boiler) and authorized a $2,188.00 purchase of acoustic panels from American Micro Industries Custom Components for the main conference room and business office. Commissioner Wible moved the heat‑pump and boiler purchases; Commissioner Hann moved the acoustic‑panel purchase; votes were unanimous.
