The Fulton County Board of Commissioners approved routine administrative items and three vendor contracts at its March 17 meeting.
Commissioners unanimously approved the March 10 minutes and ratified accounts payable dated March 17, 2026 totaling $189,563.85 across county funds, including $100,467.84 from the General Fund, and payroll dated March 20, 2026 totaling $134,640.70.
Building and Maintenance Director Brad Seville presented vendor quotes for facility work and noted maintenance issues with the department truck. On a motion by Commissioner Steven L. Wible, the board approved a Shearer Plumbing and Heating quote to purchase and install a Lennox 3.5‑ton, 15 SEER heat pump (indoor and outdoor units, line set, pad, thermostat, associated fittings and labor) for $18,460.00; the order will be coordinated with Fulton County Family Partnership to assist with the purchase. The board also approved a Shearer Plumbing and Heating quote to remove and replace a commercial boiler (time and materials) for $24,434.00 and accepted an American Micro Industries Custom Components quote for acoustic panels for the main conference room and business office for $2,188.00. All motions passed unanimously.
