Board members emphasized the value of local warranty and onsite mechanics, and asked staff to confirm whether the lower bid includes the necessary wiring harness and in-shop warranty. Commissioner Jones moved to award the purchase to North Florida Equipment as the lowest bidder; the motion was seconded and passed unanimously. Staff said they would follow up and document warranty and service arrangements.
