Rosebud County commissioners approve Turf Masters LLC fertilization contract for county sites

Rosebud County commissioners approved a one-year contract with Turf Masters LLC on March 24 to provide three fertilizer applications at the county courthouse, the public health/community garden and the Rosebud County Fairgrounds.
