Cloud County health administrator reports bike rodeos, training and quarterly admissions

Tonya Sulanka, Cloud County Health Department Administrator, reported activity and outreach plans to the board during the May 13 meeting.

Sulanka said the Glasco Bike Rodeo had 12 participants and that Aurora's Bike Rodeo was scheduled for Saturday at 8:30 a.m. with breakfast beginning at 8:00 a.m. She reported 17 patients were admitted to the department for services during the last quarter and said the health office will be closed May 23 for a mental health training session. Sulanka also listed staff travel to the Suicide & Prevention annual meeting in Manhattan, the Immunization Conference in Wichita and the Touch a Truck event at Concordia Broadway Plaza.
