- Ratified a $10,000 American Library Association "Libraries Transforming Communities: Accessible Small and Rural Communities" grant for the Farrin Branch Library; staff stated the project start date is 05/01/2026 and completion by 04/30/2027 (motion approved; roll call: Jensen, Leonard, Warwood).
- Approved $250 each for seven local juniors to attend Girl State, with a request that the students report back on their experiences (motion approved; roll call recorded).
- Entered and closed a public hearing and approved a final bond resolution for the Castle Valley Special Service District (see separate story).

- Authorized advertising an RFP for entrance and window replacement work at the Castle Dale branch library to align with the accessibility grant; project completion required by 04/30/2026 (motion approved; roll call recorded).
