The Londonderry Township Board of Supervisors on Feb. 5 recommended approval of waivers to the township Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance for a preliminary/final plan submitted by Michael and Rachel E. Buggy.
Vice Chair Kopp moved to recommend approval of a waiver from SALDO Section 22-304 (Submission of a Preliminary Plan); Supervisor Hershey seconded, and “with no further discussion, the motion passed unanimously,” minutes show. Supervisor Hershey then moved to recommend approval of a waiver from SALDO Section 22-502 (Monuments and Markers); Supervisor Dale seconded and the board again approved the waiver unanimously.
Secretary/Treasurer Geyer introduced a revised motion to recommend approval conditioned on addressing comments from HRG’s review letter dated Jan. 8, 2024 and upon recording an easement with the Recorder of Deeds contemporaneously with recordation of the plans; Supervisor Hershey seconded and the motion passed unanimously. The minutes record that Mr. Brady informed the board that Tim Wargo, SEO, had reviewed on‑lot septic submissions sent to DEP.
