Urban Renewal Agency of Idaho Falls adopts 2025 annual report

The Board of Commissioners of the Urban Renewal Agency of Idaho Falls on March 19 adopted Resolution No. 26-02 approving the agency's annual report for calendar year 2025 and authorized staff to file the report with the city clerk and the state controller.

Megan read the resolution's title and scope, saying it was "a resolution ... approving the annual report of the urban renewal agency for calendar year 2025, approving the notice of filing the annual report with the city and state controller, authorizing any technical corrections ... and providing an effective date." After the reading, a commissioner moved to adopt the resolution and the chair seconded; the motion carried.

The meeting record shows the board also approved routine housekeeping items earlier in the session: approval of the minutes and the finance report for the meeting date. The finance report listed line items including $100 to Rebecca Thompson for preparing minutes and $5,950 to Brad Kramer for services, plus legal, audit and City of Idaho Falls administrative charges distributed across the agency's districts. The board moved and approved the finance report during the meeting.

Chair directed the executive director to post and file the adopted annual report with the state controller's office and the city clerk as authorized by the resolution.

The meeting concluded with scheduling of the next regular meeting on April 16, 2026, and adjournment.
