County reports progress on ditch projects; Snow Delts about 90% complete

The Chair reported status updates on several ongoing ditch projects, saying Stone Dilts' excavation is complete and Snow Delts is "probably, like, in your 90% complete" with only leveling and rock removal remaining. The Chair noted that some sections near 50 East had debris and blockages from vegetation and road-holder floatation, which had to be cleared before water flow could resume.

The Chair listed other work: Lincoln Leach has been completed, crews are digging the Elizabeth Branch and will move on to three additional projects in sequence. A staff member confirmed that a new pipe installation on 1000 West in the ATB area is scheduled for Thursday and called it a rebrand/replacement project.

Committee members asked to be updated as contractors move between projects and discussed access constraints where long-reach equipment cannot safely reach some debris. No new funding or contract awards were made at this meeting; the updates were status reports for existing projects and scheduling.
