Kelloggsville Board approves 2025–26 budget amendments and a real estate contract

The Kelloggsville Board of Education voted unanimously March 23 to approve amendments to the 2025–26 budget and to authorize a real estate contract, actions board members said were presented as written.

The motion to approve the budget amendments was moved by Mr. Flores-Garcia and seconded by Mrs. Reidzans; the vote was recorded as seven in favor, none opposed. The real estate contract was moved by Mrs. Ward and seconded by Ms. Townsend and passed by the same 7–0 margin. Earlier in the meeting the board also approved the consent agenda (items 25-92 through 25-95), which included Feb. 23, 2026 meeting minutes and the personnel report; that motion was moved by Mrs. Groters and seconded by Ms. Townsend and passed unanimously.

Board members did not identify fiscal changes on the record beyond what was included in the presented materials. No amendments or conditions were recorded in the minutes. The meeting adjourned at 6:52 p.m.
