Fulton County approves one-year service agreement with Outside In for children’s services

Fulton County commissioners on March 10 approved and executed a one-year Purchase of Service Agreement with Outside In to provide services for the county Children Department from July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026. Commissioner Hervey P. Hann moved to approve the agreement; the motion carried.

The agreement’s effective dates were recorded in the meeting minutes, but the published minutes do not specify the dollar value or program-level funding sources for the contract. Chief Clerk Stacey M. Shives recorded the execution of the agreement on the record.

County officials did not provide further details about the services Outside In will deliver in the minutes.
