Contractor seeks variance to repair failing 8-foot fence near Jonesboro High School

Josh Moss of Moss Fencing told the board he was representing Mr. Mark Panick and seeking a variance to repair a failing 8-foot fence at 706 Sequoia Drive. "So I'm Josh Moss here with, Moss Fencing representing mister Mark Panick," he said, explaining that roughly 64 feet in the middle of the fence is rotting and that the fence currently is being held up with ratchet straps.

Moss said the rear of the property abuts Jonesboro High School and that the rest of the fence is ‘‘in good shape,’’ with only the center section needing work.
