The Daggett County Municipal Building Authority voted Tuesday to approve a $64,393.39 purchase order to Spectra for access-control equipment and managed access services at the Daggett County Health and Community Center.
A staff member described the equipment package as covering “all the the keypads and the corresponding cameras that help those keypads work as well as the intercoms for after hour services around the exterior doors,” and said the quote will convert to a CIV reimbursement. The staff member said the county performed the low-voltage installation work itself to save money and that the package was integrated with the county’s existing IT system.
A committee member moved to approve the purchase request dated March 13, 2026; the chair seconded. The transcript records two affirmative responses to the call for votes. The motion was recorded as approved in the meeting minutes.
The purchase request was described in the packet as having a corrected quote number and wording that names the Daggett County Community Center rather than the Town of Manila Clinic. The authority did not record additional discussion about funding sources beyond the staff member’s reference to CIV reimbursement.
No additional implementation schedule or delivery date was provided during the meeting. The authority adjourned at 9:49 a.m.
