Daggett County Municipal Building Authority approves minutes and financial reports, hears clinic construction update

The Daggett County Municipal Building Authority on March 17 approved routine administrative items and received a construction update on the new clinic building.

A committee member moved to approve the draft minutes of the March 10, 2026 meeting; the chair seconded and the transcript records two affirmative responses. The authority then acknowledged receipt of the cash summary and the accounts receivable report as of March 13, 2026.

The authority approved an open invoice register dated March 15, 2026 in the amount of $1,289.38 and acknowledged a disbursement summary covering March 5–March 15, 2026 totaling $18,456.77; both measures were moved by a committee member and seconded by the chair, and the transcript records two recorded affirmations for each.

On construction, a committee member said contractors are "coming in to start sheetrocking," noting crews had a short break and still awaited delivery of one last load of drywall and the entry door slabs. The chair confirmed frames had been set but doors were still pending and characterized the work as "very good," saying weather had been cooperative.
