At a session of the House Appropriations Committee, members voted to advance five bills to the Committee of the Whole following brief consideration and roll-call votes.

For the first bill, Representative Morrow was introduced as sponsor and the committee added amendment J001 after the madam vice chair moved it and the motion was seconded. House Bill 11 87, sponsored by Representatives Stewart and Wynne, was presented with no committee or sponsor amendments. The madam vice chair moved it to the Committee of the Whole with a favorable recommendation; the motion passed on a recorded vote of 9–2.
Representative Barone introduced House Bill 11 94. No amendments were offered; the committee moved the bill to the Committee of the Whole and approved the recommendation on a 10–1 roll-call vote.
House Bill 12 07 was considered next. Sponsors were present; no amendments were filed. The committee approved a motion to send the bill to the Committee of the Whole by an 8–3 recorded vote.
Finally, Representatives Leader and Hamrick were listed as sponsors of House Bill 12 80. The madam vice chair moved the bill to the Committee of the Whole with a favorable recommendation; the committee approved the motion 9–2. After completing the agenda the chair adjourned the committee.
