Commissioners amend Bedford-Fulton Joint Recreational Authority articles, authorize authority to appoint police officers and appoint Craig Cutchall

The Fulton County Board of Commissioners voted Dec. 30 to approve two amendments to the Bedford Fulton Joint Recreational Authoritys articles of incorporation and to appoint a new authority member.
