Commissioners approve consent agenda and hold two executive sessions

At the April 18 meeting the Board of Lincoln County Commissioners approved the consent agenda after Commissioner Connelly moved to approve it; the consent items included moving Brittany Ritter’s appearance to 11:30 a.m. and adding Road & Bridge Superintendent Matt McCloud to the 1:30 p.m. slot. The board also approved vouchers and other consent items as listed in the minutes.

Commissioner Connelly moved that the board go into executive session for personnel matters at 11:40 a.m.; the motion was adopted and the board returned to open session at 12:17 p.m. Later in the day Commissioner Bower moved for an executive session for personnel matters at 1:26 p.m.; the motion was adopted and regular session resumed at 2:03 p.m.

What the board did: The minutes record the motions and that they were adopted; no vote tallies or seconders are recorded in the minutes.
