Greenville council approves termination of development agreement and sale of 216 S. Lafayette

The Greenville City Council unanimously approved a Termination and Release of the Purchase and Development Agreement for the city-owned property at 216 S. Lafayette and then awarded the sale of that property to Angie and Mike Sirotko, authorizing a development agreement and permitting the City Manager to sign on the city’s behalf.

Councilperson Lehman moved to approve the termination and release; Councilperson Johnson seconded and the motion passed unanimously. Immediately afterward, Councilperson Moss moved to award the sale to Angie and Mike Sirotko, with Councilperson Lehman seconding; that motion also passed unanimously.
