Public commenters urge reuse of Old County Complex; sheriff swears in four deputies

Laura Cash, representing the Continental Divide Charter School, addressed the board during the public-comment period and asked commissioners to consider the Old County Complex as a site for the charter school. Cash said she and constituents have studied the location since February 2022 and described the site's parking, location and size as suitable for the school.
