Snowflake council recommends Circle K liquor-license application for 315 N. Main St.

The Snowflake Town Council voted unanimously Oct. 7 to recommend approval of a Type 009 liquor-store license for Circle K Store #9578, proposed at 315 N. Main St.

Motion by Councilmember Cory Johnson, seconded by Councilmember Travis Kay, carried 6-0 with Councilmember Mark Sheen absent. Town staff opened and closed the public hearing with no members of the public speaking on the application. The council's action sends the recommendation to the State Liquor Board for final approval.

Maria Danielle Burgess is the applicant listed for the license; council records show the location as 315 N. Main St. The hearing record includes no public objections and no conditions were placed on the town's recommendation.

The State Liquor Board will review the town's recommendation and issue the final decision according to state procedures.
