Bedford County approves Children & Youth Services agreement and authorizes PennDOT access for staff

Bedford County commissioners on April 9 approved a Purchase of Service Agreement between Bedford County Children & Youth Services (CYS) and the Bedford County Juvenile Probation Office covering the period July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2024.

Christopher (Chris) Gresko, administrator of Bedford County Children & Youth Services, provided a brief explanation of the agreement to the board before the commissioners voted to approve it. The minutes record the motion carried; no vote tally was recorded in the minutes.

Separately, the board approved an agreement authorizing electronic access to Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) systems for Mike Lamb. The action was taken based on the commissioners’ recommendation and was approved by motion.
