- Consent agenda items including tax refunds, vehicle acceptances, a $35,000 DUI Accountability Court grant, and renewal of a probation services contract.
- Rezoning Petition No. 1367-25: approval to rezone 4.19 acres from Agricultural-Residential to Office-Institutional for a proposed 24,000 sq. ft. wellness center. Vote 5-0.
- Motorized carts: approval to permit motorized cart travel on Matteo Way in the Eva Gardens subdivision to improve access to a multi-use path. Vote 5-0.
- Public Works and roadwork contracts: RFP #2605-P awarded to LJA Engineering, Inc. for Public Works Engineer of Record services; Contract #1981-Q Task Order #7 (NTE $460,201.65) to Practical Design Partners for final design on the SR 279 Realignment; Hot-In-Place Asphalt Recycling awarded to Gallagher Asphalt Co. ($328,405) and Micro Surfacing to Asphalt Paving Systems ($899,475). All votes passed 5-0.
- Lake Kedron Reservoir paving and stormwater repairs authorized for $187,096.70. Vote 5-0.
- Chairman Lee Hearn's motion to close county offices for the week of Christmas (Dec. 22-26) passed 4-1; Commissioner Charles D. Rousseau opposed.
