Long County commissioners approve agenda, minutes, bills and make local board appointments

The Long County Board of Commissioners unanimously approved the March 2023 meeting agenda, the February 2023 minutes and authorization for payment of bills at its March 7, 2023 meeting. The motion to approve the agenda was made by Commissioner John Reddish and seconded by Commissioner Jeremy Hall; approval of the minutes was moved by Commissioner Reddish and seconded by Vice Chairman Gerald Blocker; payment of bills was moved by Commissioner Blocker and seconded by Commissioner Hall.

Long County Division of Family and Children's Services Director Mecca Mason introduced herself to the board as the newly appointed director for Long County.
