Chief Finance Officer Debbie Godfrey reviewed an updated draft of the 2026 budget for the commissioners; no motions or votes were taken during the meeting.

Debbie Godfrey, chief finance officer, discussed the changes with the board and answered questions from commissioners and staff. County Administrator Robert Sivick and County Attorney Robert Smalley were listed as present; multiple department heads and members of the press also attended.
