Jeff Davis Economic Development Commission approves agenda and February financial report, welcomes guest

The Jeff Davis Parish Economic Development Commission met at noon March 20 at First Guaranty Bank in Jennings. Chairman Ronnie Petree called the meeting to order and led the opening prayer; Mike Heinen led the pledge of allegiance.

The commission recorded attendance for members and advisory board representatives and heard a presentation of the February 2024 financial report from Greg Marcantel, CPA. After the presentation, Beau Hearod made a motion to approve the financials; the motion was seconded by Mike Heinen and passed unanimously.
