Misinformation / Misidentification: No misidentification of speakers was introduced. All attributions use names and roles as explicitly recorded in the minutes. Corrected signature typos from the transcript where earlier appearance provided authoritative spelling. Severity: low.

Out-of-context / Duplicate: Quotes and figures were presented with provenance and not taken out of context; vendor list and dollar total shown once. Severity: none.

Quantitative precision: Dollar totals and hourly/salary amounts are quoted exactly as recorded in the minutes. When details were not provided in the minutes (for example, CD interest rate or full Road Use Agreement terms), the articles state that such specifics were "not specified". Severity: none.

Process clarity / Agency clarity: The article on permits clarifies that the Fisher Sand & Gravel permit is contingent on a Road Use Agreement and lists which county departments are responsible for follow-up. Severity: none.
