Franklin County Fiscal Court reviews draft economic-development plan in work session; no action taken

Frankfort — County Judge/Executive Michael Mueller opened a special Committee of the Whole meeting on July 23, 2025, to review and discuss a draft Economic Development Strategic Plan presented by Penny Peavler.
