The actions recorded in court minutes are procedural approvals commonly required for county administration: minutes adoption, budget amendments, property conveyance corrections (quitclaim), subdivision exceptions for land-use flexibility, certification of road mileage for state reporting and personnel deputations. Specific attachment documents and backup materials were referenced by the court but not read into the minutes.
