Commissioners approve $209,952 addition to county clerk’s Tyler Odyssey contract

Commissioners in Llano County approved adding the County Clerk’s office to the Tyler Technologies Odyssey case‑management system on April 10, authorizing a total contract addition of $209,952.

Commissioner Mike Sandoval moved to approve the contract addition; Commissioner Peter Jones seconded, and the motion passed unanimously. The court recorded the one‑time implementation cost at $163,870 to be funded from 2023 tax notes and an annual maintenance charge of $45,082 for the first year to be covered by non‑departmental cost overruns.

County Clerk Cecilia McClintock was listed on the agenda as the office to be added to the contract.
