Llano County approves amended plat to correct scrivener's error for The Preserve at Shadow Lake

The Llano County Commissioners Court on April 15 approved an amended plat titled "The Preserve At Shadow Lake" to correct a scrivener's error in a document recorded as No. 23-05558.

The action came under Agenda Item No. 3. Commissioner Linda Raschke moved to approve the amended plat, and Commissioner Mike Sandoval seconded; the court approved the motion unanimously.

County staff presented the item as a correction to an earlier plat filing labeled Timber Lakes Subdivision that was prepared Sept. 18, 2023 and recorded as Document No. 23-05558. The court did not identify conditions attached to the approval during the open session.

The approval resolves the recording error listed on the agenda and leaves the corrected plat on file in county records.
