The Llano County Commissioners Court on April 22 approved two replat requests after public hearings.
Commissioner Linda Raschke moved to approve the replat of Lots 824, 825, 826, 827, 832, 833 and 834 in Buchanan Lake Village to create Lot 824A; Commissioner Jerry Don Moss seconded and the motion passed unanimously. The replat references deeds and official public records cited in the court record.
The court also approved the replat of Lots 492–494 in Lakeside Heights Unit No. 3 to create Lots 492A and 494A. Commissioner Raschke moved and Commissioner Mike Sandoval seconded; the motion passed unanimously.
Why it matters: replatting changes lot boundaries and can affect property ownership, future development and tax records. The court’s action records approval but does not include conditions or infrastructure guarantees in the public minutes.
The minutes show both items were public hearings on plats and were moved to approval; no speakers from the public were recorded in the minutes for these items.
