Butler County board approves contract amendment, claims and acknowledges manure plan updates

The Butler County Board of Supervisors approved a First Amendment to the Together 4 Families Decategorization and Community Partnership for Protecting Children Coordination Contract at its May 14 meeting after Auditor Leslie Groen read the amendment and described it as a continuation of the current contract.

The board also approved claims during the meeting (motion by Greg Barnett, second by Rusty Eddy) and acknowledged receipt of multiple manure management plan updates, including short‑form and long‑form filings for Henry Finisher Farm (#71513), Granite Farms III, LLC (#68935), Hidden Valley Farms, Inc. (#58252), Leon Finisher (#67162), Little A Site (#71524) and JAART LLC #2.

Each of these items was recorded in the minutes as approved or acknowledged with "all ayes" on the recorded motions. No public comment on these agenda items is recorded in the minutes.
