The Butler County Board of Supervisors unanimously adopted Ordinance Title VI, Number 34 on March 26, approving a rezoning that changes a 38-acre parcel at 18131 Vail Ave from A-1 (Agriculture) to A-2 (Limited Agricultural) to allow expansion of Bruening Rock Products' limestone quarry. The ordinance becomes effective following final passage and publication as provided by law.
The rezoning was considered during a scheduled public hearing; the minutes record that no public comment beyond the presence of company representatives was received. The board did not record any conditions or amendments to the ordinance in the minutes.
