Court adopts January minutes, accepts donations and approves plats and affidavits

Burleson County Commissioners on Jan. 23 adopted the January 2023 minutes and accepted two donations: $100 on behalf of the Burleson Health Resource Center and $825 for the County Child Welfare Board. Commissioner David Hildebrand moved to approve the consent agenda and Commissioner Dwayne Faust seconded; the motion passed unanimously.

In the same consent process the court approved a simplified plat for Roger and LeeAnn Chambers on property on County Road 137 (tax certificate referenced) and approved an affidavit to the public for an On‑Site Sewage Facility (OSSF) located on two or more tracts of land. Both items were moved and seconded as recorded in the minutes and approved unanimously.
