Chairman Jerald Christensen presided over the meeting attended by Directors Harold Gaugler and Gary Meyer and Secretary/Treasurer Julie Levorsen. Director Harold Gaugler moved to approve the minutes of the April 15 meeting and Director Gary Meyer seconded; the board carried the motion. The April 2024 financial report was reviewed and approved on a motion by Meyer and second by Gaugler.

On Sheep Creek, board members discussed westside improvements, the need for picnic tables, and vegetation management.
