Representatives from the Bedford Fulton Joint Recreational Authority (BFJRA) met with the Fulton County Board of Commissioners to request two amendments to the authorityharter and to request an appointment.
The board approved Resolution 9 of 2025, which adopts and approves an amendment to BFJRA
rticles of incorporation to increase the number of members on the authority's board. The board also approved Resolution 10 of 2025 authorizing the authority to appoint police officers who would have the same rights as other police officers in the Commonwealth with respect to authority property. Both resolutions were approved unanimously.
Commissioners voted to appoint Craig Cutchall to a one‑year term on the BFJRA, with the term recorded as expiring Jan. 3, 2027.
The BFJRA representatives in attendance were Matthew Wakefield, Paul Johnston and Eric Weisbrod. The minutes record the requests and the board's unanimous approval; no further conditions or amendments were recorded in the minutes.
