Councilperson Moss moved to award a bid to Cruisers, Inc. of Howell for a 2025 Ford Explorer Police Interceptor ancillary equipment package not to exceed $6,048; Councilperson Cunliffe seconded and the motion passed unanimously. Moss also moved to award a bid to Decatur Electronics, LLC of San Diego for six patrol vehicle radars not to exceed $9,950; Councilperson Johnson seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
Councilperson Lehman moved to award a bid to Michigan Police Equipment Co. of Charlotte for duty weapons not to exceed $4,136.95; Councilperson Linton seconded and the motion passed unanimously. Councilperson Johnson moved and Councilperson Lehman seconded approval to purchase extrication equipment from Impact Rescue, LLC of Indianapolis not to exceed $48,844.25; the motion passed unanimously. Councilperson Moss moved to approve a Drone Licensing and Software Package from Unmanned Vehicle Technologies, LLC of Fayetteville, Arkansas not to exceed $4,200; Councilperson Johnson seconded; motion passed unanimously.
All purchases were approved without recorded dissent. The purchases are vendor-specific and limited to the amounts stated in the motions.
