Senate passes S.183 on third reading and sends it to the House

The Senate completed third reading and adoption of S.183, a bill described on the floor as amending the tax code related to income tax rates for individuals, estates and trusts and including additional standards. The reading clerk announced committee reports and the clerk conducted a roll-call vote. By roll call the Senate approved S.183 as amended and ordered the bill sent to the House (roll-call recorded 41–0).
