Albany hearing on adding council majority position and pay draws no speakers

Albany City opened a public hearing at 11:03 a.m. to consider Local Law C of 2026, a proposed amendment to section 42‑2‑63 of the Code of the City of Albany concerning the annual salaries of elected officers and adding a 'majority with position' for the Common Council.
