Presenters preview $149.66M FY2027 general fund, say it reflects contract increases and service costs

Presenters emphasized the collaborative process used to build the budget, citing coordination between town administration, department heads, school officials and the finance committee. They said department leads would be on hand at Town Meeting to answer specific questions and that the budget narrative and tax‑impact disclosures will be included in the voters' guide materials.
