Council approves reappointments to Commission on Disabilities

The Harford County Council voted to approve reappointments to the county Commission on Disabilities during its legislative session.

Council President moved to reappoint Rachel Harbin, Cher Ortiz Brown, Courtney Wallace and Malcolm White to the commission; the motion was seconded and the council recorded seven affirmative votes and no negatives, approving the reappointments.

Council members praised the appointees’ work on the commission. "I'm on the commission for disabilities and I'm grateful to have those recommissioned and they're all hard workers on our commission," Councilwoman Roberts said.

There were no public comments on the appointments and the council confirmed the selections during the meeting. The reappointments will be reflected in council records; the administration will notify the appointees.
