Library district approves consent agenda in brief meeting

The library district approved consent agenda items 1 and 2 in a brief meeting Tuesday at the Supervisor's Hearing Room on Melody Lane in Bisbee.

The Clerk called the meeting to order, reviewed attendance and logistics, and said all supervisors were present and in person. The Clerk announced that no members of the public had requested to speak and moved the meeting to the consent agenda.

A motion to approve consent agenda items 1 and 2 was made and seconded. The Clerk announced, "Motion carries 3 to 0." The meeting concluded with the Clerk stating that the next scheduled meeting will be the flood control meeting and formally ending the library district session.

The session included routine procedural business only; there were no public comments, no substantive presentations, and no contested actions recorded.
