BZA defers NKM Properties appeal and variance to April 1

The board granted a 30-day continuance for an appeal and associated variance request involving NKM Properties after counsel argued hearing the matters separately would be duplicative and prejudicial. Joseph Sherman of Poolbrook Plumlee, representing NKM Properties LLC, told the board his client needed the variance to be available if the board were to resolve the zoning-administrator challenge; the board voted to defer the matter to the April 1 meeting.
