Board approves minutes and agenda; building official reports steady activity and near‑complete field house

When the chair called for approval of the minutes, board members moved and seconded the motion and carried it by voice vote after brief discussion about whether the minutes should note that Paul Knudson had stepped down; a member suggested including that Freddie Banks had completed her term. The chair then entertained a motion to approve the agenda; the motion was moved and seconded and carried by voice vote.

At the building official's report, the official told the board that construction activity has continued, concentrated on accessory structures such as shops, garages and in‑ground pools, and that the county's field house is nearing completion. "There are still lots of building going on... more towards accessory structure," the building official said, and added, "we are nearing, having our field house totally complete. So stay tuned." No formal permits or specific project approvals were taken during the meeting.

After brief member remarks welcoming and thanking colleagues, the chair called for a motion to adjourn; the motion was seconded and carried and the meeting concluded.
