Board approves packages of work agreements and a two‑year contract for Willie Speltz after budgeted debate

After discussion the board moved and approved a two‑year contract for Speltz (zero across the board).

Board members emphasized that approving multi‑year agreements does not prevent the district from eliminating positions later if budget conditions change. No disciplinary or personnel contention was raised on the record; the votes passed with the board reporting unanimous approval where noted.
