The Anoka County Regional Rail Authority approved minutes from its meetings on Dec. 2, 2025, and Jan. 6, 2026, and adopted Resolution 2026-3, which establishes certain rules and procedures and designates a public meeting notice facility and legal publication for 2026.
At the start of the meeting the Chair said the minutes would be considered; a committee member moved approval and the Chair announced that Commissioner Brasted made the motion and Commissioner Gamache seconded. The Chair called a voice vote and said the minutes were adopted.
The Chair introduced Resolution 2026-3, and a committee member offered the resolution; with no discussion the Chair called for a voice vote and said the resolution passed. The transcript does not record a roll-call tally or recorded individual votes beyond the Chair calling for ayes and the board responding.
The Chair also informed the Authority that the Regional Rail Authority management committee is now the full seven-member board rather than a smaller committee, and that future regional rail management meetings will be considered full Authority meetings. The meeting adjourned shortly afterward.
