John Chris Mattis sworn in to Cortland City Council to fill unexpired term through 2027

John Chris Mattis was appointed and sworn in as an acting member of the Cortland City Council on March 9, 2026, to fill an unexpired term ending Dec. 31, 2027, after a nomination from the floor and a roll-call vote that the meeting record shows as affirmative.
